Sachin Tendulkar was seen paying tribute to his childhood coach Ramakant Achrekar on the occasion of Guru Purnima. Achrekar played a crucial role in develop Sachin to become the player we know him today. Achrekar was also a selector for the Mumbai cricket team and was awarded the Dronacharya award in 1990 and Padma Shri in 2010.  Visited Achrekar Sir’s home today to pay my respects to him on #GuruPurnima .
