Century No. 71 :- 248* Vs Bangladesh.
Sachin's Highest Score in a Test Match. End of Tennis Elbow Days.

On This Day in 2004, Sachin Tendulkar Scored his 34 Test Century, He Scored 248* vs Bangladesh at Dhaka and Equalled World Record of Sunil Gavaskar's 34 Test Centuries.

For Sachin Tendulkar, who had been battling a painful tennis elbow, the century was reconfirmation that a day would come when strength would return to his left arm and with it the range of strokes.

And After This Century When Media Asked Him about, Sachin Said - ''Forget about the record, forget the double hundred, the very fact that I could bat this long was a relief and joy,''

Even though the opposition was weak, the fact that not a single other batsman reached a century through the match, marked Tendukar's innings out as above the ordinary.
India won by an innings & 140 runs
